Days and Hours of Operation

Monday to Friday  8am-6:00 pm
It is recommended that children arrive at the school before 9:15 a.m. each morning. Children function best when they maintain a consistent and familiar routine; therefore, we suggest that parents adhere as much as possible to a regular schedule of arrival and departure to provide stability in each child´s routine.

When your child arrives in the morning, it is essential that a staff member receive your child.  Also, when picking up your child, make sure to draw the attention of the staff to your child’s departure.

Because the children are involved in numerous activities, walks, special events and field trips, we ask that you notify the school if your child will be absent or arriving later than usual.  For the same reason, staff needs to be informed in advance if your child will be removed from the program for appointments.   A phone call in advance of a child’s absence is requested in order that we can complete our attendance forms accurately. 

Alternative care arrangements are to be made by parents or guardians if children do not participate in field trips.  All staff are required to participate on field trips to ensure the safety and well being of the children during the trip.

The school closes at 6:00 p.m.

There is a late fee of $5.00 per family for the first five (5) minutes and an additional charge of $1.00 per family for every minute interval thereafter.  This fee is payable to the staff caring for your child(ren) upon pickup.  A late fee form must be signed if payment is not made upon pickup.  Payment of late fees will be requested with your monthly childcare fee if it remains outstanding.
